I am a substance abuse counselor and am also in recovery from substance abuse myself. Several years ago I started to learn about energy and energy healing, and began to realize that I used drugs to numb the immense emotional pain that I experienced on a daily basis from childhood trauma and the challenges that come along with being an empath. Once I realize that there was a way to not only heal from those things, but also protect myself, and embrace who I really am – it changed EVERYTHING for me. I’ve known ever since I was small that I wanted to help people I just didn’t know how or when. I am now a Reiki master and Angelic healing practitioner, both of which are beautiful, profoundly healing modalities. That being said, I’ve never felt anything more profound than Sacred Activations.
