I’m a Sacred Activations Master Practitioner and Master Medical Intuitive, and my work is all about helping people like you uncover and gently let go of the energetic patterns and beliefs that are holding them back. Through the powerful techniques of Sacred Activations—along with other tools like Emotion Code®, Body Code®, and sound healing—I support my clients in moving past old wounds and reconnecting with their innate wholeness.

My journey into energy healing started over twenty years ago, but it took on a much deeper meaning for me in 2020, after a devastating personal loss. It was during that time I realised, on a deeply personal level, just how transformative these tools could be. They didn’t just help me cope; they helped me heal. They gave me clarity, balance, and strength I didn’t think was possible. That experience is what inspires me every day to guide others on their own paths to healing.

Working with me is a gentle, compassionate process. We won’t be digging up painful memories or forcing you to relive trauma. Instead, we’ll work together to clear energetic barriers in a way that feels safe and natural, allowing you to move forward with more ease and lightness. Clients often tell me they feel a shift after just one session—sometimes it’s subtle, like a new sense of calm; other times, it’s as though a heavy weight has finally been lifted.

I work with people all over the world via online sessions, so no matter where you are, we can connect. Whether you’re dealing with emotional struggles, physical challenges, or just feeling stuck, we’ll work together to get to the root of what’s going on and create space for healing.

When I’m not holding space for others, you’ll often find me walking in the South Downs National Park, where I live with my husband Marcus, our two boys, and two dogs who keep me laughing (and on my toes). It’s the simple things—like nature and family—that keep me grounded and remind me of the beauty and interconnectedness of life.
